My Lords, on behalf of the Lord Chairman I beg to move that Standing Orders Nos. 72 and 82 be suspended for the remainder of the session. These Standing Orders are always suspended about this time of the session. They provide for notice of two or three days to be given before a Bill can be considered by the Examiner or by the Standing Orders Committee.
