("Provided that, in considering the relative suitability of land, the Board shall have regard to the probable effect of a scheme upon the burden of rates in the locality concerned.")
§ The Commons disagree with the Amendment for the following reason:
§ Because the Board might be hampered in their selection of suitable land.
