VISCOUNT SANDHURST

I have a drafting Amendment to move in Clause 2, and I apologise to the House that in the hurry last night I overlooked it. I have enquired of the Lord Chairman and there is no objection to it.

Amendment moved— Clause 2, page 1, lines 26 and 27, leave out ("mental nurses") and insert ("nurses trained in the nursing and care of persons suffering from mental disease").—(Viscount Sandhurst.)

On Question, Amendment agreed to.

Moved, That the Bill do pass.—(Viscount Sandhurst.)
