§ VISCOUNT SANDHURSTMy Lords, in accordance with the provisions of section 8, subsection (3) of the Ministry of Health Act, I beg to move to resolve, That this House approves the said Draft Order. The teaching of anatomy is obviously an important part of medical education, and therefore it is thought that these powers, hitherto exercised by the Home Secretary, should be transferred to the Minister of Health so far as England and Wales are concerned.
