§ LORD MESTONMy Lords, on behalf of Lord D'ABERNON I rise to ask His Majesty's Government whether they will give the necessary directions for the publication quarterly in an amended form of Command Paper 434, in view of the important bearing of the facts contained in this paper upon the problem of the high cost of living and the prevailing rates of exchange.
