The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House that in pursuance of Standing Order No. 163A relating to Private Bills he had, on the requisition of the Chairman of Com mittees, appointed William Howard Winterbotham, Esquire, of the Royal Courts of Justice, Official Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Judicature, as guardian or protector of the infants, Henry Samuel Littleton Clowes, Legh Algernon Clowes, William Josceline Clowes, John Ernest Clowes, Henry Nelson Clowes, Margaret Violet Louisa Clowes, Mary Adelaide Clowes, Lucy Hyacinthe Clowes, and St. John Legh Clowes, named in the Bill, to represent such infants before the Committee on the Bill.
