Message from the Commons that they have come to the following Resolution, viz.: "That it is expedient that a Select Committee of Five Members of this House be appointed to join with a Committee of the Lords to inquire into the conditions under which the Government works at Cippenham are being carried out, the cost that is involved, and the responsibility for the advice on which the scheme was undertaken."

The said Message to be considered on Tuesday next.
