The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House that in pursuance of Standing Order No. 163A relating to Private Bills he had, on the requisition of the Chairman of Committees, appointed William Howard Winterbotham, Esquire, of the Royal Courts of Justice, Official Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Judicature, as guardian or protector of the infants, Richard Hamilton Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe, Frances Jean Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe, Barbara Anstruther - Gough - Calthorpe, William Fane Wrixon Becher, Muriel Mary Wrixon Becher, Aileen Wrixon Becher, Sheila Wrixon Becher, Rosemary Wrixon Becher, the Honourable William James, Viscount Fitz Harris, and the Honourable Elizabeth Harris, named in the Bill, to represent such infants before the Committee on the Bill.
