My Lords, as we have an important discussion to-morrow I think it would be well that the Small Holding Colonies (Amendment) Bill, down for Second Reading on that day in the, name of Lord Goschen, and the Horse Breeding Bill, which also stands in the name of the noble Viscount, should be postponed until a later date, and I propose to put them down for Tuesday of next week.
