§ The Committee gave general directions to the Clerk of the Parliaments to deal with any future War Bonus on the principles approved in paragraph 4 of the First Report of the Committee of this Session, with the addition that persons appointed since the commencement of the War (who are not entitled to War Bonuses granted before the date of their appointment) should be given the benefit of War Bonuses granted after the date of their appointment.
