§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Cleric of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Petition for a Bill have not been complied with:

§ Examiner's Certificate of non-compliance with Standing Orders referred to the Standing Orders Committee forthwith.
