§ The Lord MacDonnell, the Lord Islington, and the Lord Sydenham added to the Committee for the consideration of the Government of India Bill [H.L.], and a Message ordered to be sent to the House of Commons to acquaint them therewith, and to request them to add three of their members to the said Joint Committee for the consideration of the said Bill.
