§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, the Motion that stands in my name on the Paper is for the appointment of a Joint Committee of both Houses of Parliament to whom all Consolidation Bills in this present session may be referred. The Bill to which the House has just given a Second Reading is one that will go before this Committee, and I trust that your Lordships will think it right to appoint it.
