Order of the Day for the House to be put into Committee, read.

LORD SOUTHWARK

My Lords, I move that the House do now resolve itself into Committee on this Bill. The Bill has gone through the. Select Committee appointed by your Lordships, and is now printed in an amended form. I propose, when the House is in Committee, to move that the Amendments made by the Select Committee be adopted en bloc; and, with your Lordships' permission, I would propose taking the Report stage on Tuesday, August 8, which will give noble Lords an opportunity of putting down any further Amendments they may think desirable.
