The CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES

informed the House that the Lord Chancellor had received from the Senior Registrar in Bankruptcy of the High Court of Justice, a certificate under the Seal of the said Court, stating that the Right Honourable William Angus Drop Montagu, Duke of Manchester, being a Peer of the Realm, was adjudicated bankrupt on the 12th day of January, 1916:

The same was ordered to lie on the Table.
