§ The LORD CHANCELLOR informed the House that he had received from the Senior Registrar in Bankruptcy of the High Court of Justice a certificate that Thomas, Baron Walsingham, being a Peer of the Realm, was adjudicated bankrupt on the 9th day of February 1916: The same was ordered to lie on the Table.
