The Five LORDS COMMISSIONERS—namely, the Lord Chancellor (Lord BUCKMASTER), the Duke of DEVONSHIRE (Civil Lord of the Admiralty), the Marquess of LINCOLNSHIRE (Lord Great Chamberlain), Lord SANDHURST (Lord Chamberlain), and Lord FARQUHAR (Lord in Waiting)—(being in their Robes and seated on a Bench between the Throne and the Woolsack)—commanded the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod (Admiral Sir H. F. Stephenson) to let the Commons know that— The Lords Commissioners desire their immediate attendance in this House to hear the Commission read.
