§ The LORD CHANCELLOR informed the House that he had received from the Judge of the King's Bench Division having jurisdiction in Bankruptcy in Ireland, a notice that Frederick Oliver Trench, Baron Ashton, a Representative Peer for Ireland, had been adjudicated a bankrupt, and that the bankruptcy is still subsisting.
