The Right Honourable Michael Edward, Viscount St. Aldwyn, having been created Viscount Quenington of Quenington, in the County of Gloucester, and Earl St. Aldwyn of Coln St. Aldwyn, in the said County of Gloucester—Was (in the usual manner) introduced.

The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have not been complied with:

Worksop and Bawtry Railway.

The same was ordered to lie on the Table.
