§ The CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES informed the House that the opposition to the No. 1 Order was withdrawn: The orders made on the 3rd and 9th instant respecting the commitment of the Bill to a Select Committee in regard to the said Order discharged, Committee on the Bill to meet on Tuesday next.
