§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House. That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that no Standing Orders are applicable to the following Bill:
§ Kilmarnock Gas Order Confirmation.
§ Also the Certificates that no further Standing Orders are applicable to the following Bills:
§ Electric Lighting Provisional Orders (No. 1).
§ Local Government Provisional Order (No. 7).
§ The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
