- 1. As to the appointment of a Visiting Committee to the Police Cells Prison at Lochgilphead;
- 2. Deelaring, Police Cells at Dunoon, Inverary, and Lochgilphead, in the County of Argyll, to be legal prisons for the detention of prisoners for a period not exceeding five days before, or during, or after trial:
