Prisons (Scotland) Acts, 1860 to 1909—Rules made by the Secretary for Scotland—

  1. 1. As to the appointment of a Visiting Committee to the Police Cells Prison at Lochgilphead;
  2. 2. Deelaring, Police Cells at Dunoon, Inverary, and Lochgilphead, in the County of Argyll, to be legal prisons for the detention of prisoners for a period not exceeding five days before, or during, or after trial:

Shops Act, 1912—Order made by the Council of the County Borough of Brighton and confirmed by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, affecting a certain class of shops within the Borough:

Laid before the House (pursuant to Act) and ordered to lie on the Table.
