ALDWYNI would ask the noble Duke to be good enough to postpone this Bill for the present, as I wish to make a suggestion to His Majesty's Government connected with it on the statement which I think the noble Marquess the Leader of the House will make later to-day in regard to the Welsh Church (Postponement) Bill.
