§ The LORD CHANCELLOR informed the House that he had received from the Senior Registrar in Bankruptcy of the High Court of Justice, a certificate under the Seal of the said Court, stating that the Right Honourable Lawrence William Palk, Baron Haldon, late of 15, Lowndes Square, in the County of London, being a Peer of the Realm, was adjudicated bankrupt on the 11th of February 1903: The same was ordered to lie on the Table.
