HL Deb 14 April 1915 vol 18 c807
THE LORD PRIVY SEAL AND SECRETARY OF STATE FOR INDIA (THE MARQUESS OF CREWE)

My Lords, I understand that there is no business on the Paper for to-morrow or for Monday. I dare say it will be found convenient to the House that, unless in exceptional circumstances, we should as a rule sit only on three days a week—Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; but that, of course, can be dealt with as we see the amount of business we have before us. So far as I know at present there is no urgent business—in fact, no business—coming up immediately from another place. I propose, therefore, that we adjourn until Tuesday next.

Moved, That the House do adjourn, except for Judicial business, until Tuesday, April 20.—(The Marquess of Crewe.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.

House adjourned at half-past Four o'clock, till To-morrow, half-past Ten o'clock.
