HL Deb 31 March 1914 vol 15 c810
LORD RIBBLESDALE

had the following Notice on the Paper—namely, To call attention to the following words—as reported in the Daily News and Leader and the Morning Post—in the Attorney-General's speech at Blackburn on 27th March: "I have to say on behalf of His Majesty's Government that we are determined to go straight on "; and to ask for farther information thereon. The noble Lord said: By permission of the House I will not ask my Question now, but will take my chance of saying what I have to say in the general debate which is to follow.
