§ Petition of Charles Theodore Halswell Kemeys-Tynte that he may be permitted in the proceedings to be taken upon his petition to His Majesty praying His Majesty to be graciously pleased to direct a writ to be issued to summon him to Parliament by the name and style of Baron Wharton, to adopt and refer to the case of his ancestor Charles Kemeys Kemeys-Tynte, and the evidence led and arguments urged in support of the claim of the said Charles Kemeys Kemeys-Tynte to the said Dignity; read, and referred to the Committee for Privileges.
