Order of the Day for the consideration of the Second Report, read.

THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF DONOUGHMORE)

My Lords, this Report has been printed and is now before the House. I do not propose, unless your Lordships desire me to do so, to go into it at any length, beyond saying that personally I entirely associate myself with what is said in the Report with regard to these two valuable officers. I beg to move that the Report be agreed to.

Moved, That the Report be agreed to.—(The Chairman of Committees.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
