Petition of Charles Vere Townshend Mainwaring-Ellerker-Onslow praying that he may be allowed to refer in his printed case and in any proceedings which may follow in this House to the proceedings in the Kinloss Peerage case; read, and referred to the Committee for Privileges.

The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with:

Weymouth and Melcombe Regis Corporation.

The same was ordered to lie on the Table.
