§ THE LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House that in pursuance of Standing Order No. 163A relating to Private Bills he had on the requisition of the Chairman of Committees appointed Thomas Skene Esson, Writer to the Signet, partner in the firm of Messieurs Tods, Murray and Jamieson, Writers to the Signet, of 66, Queen Street, Edinburgh, as guardian or protector of the infants Ismay Catherine Crichton Stuart, Claudia Miriam Joanna Crichton Stuart, John Crichton Stuart, commonly called Earl of Dumfries, Robert Crichton Stuart, commonly called Lord Robert Crichton Stuart, David Crichton Stuart, commonly called Lord David Crichton Stuart, and Patrick Crichton Stuart, commonly called Lord Patrick Crichton Stuart, named in the Bill, to represent such infants before the Committee on the Bill.
