Report by the Chairman of Committees of the House of Lords and the Chairman of Ways and Means in the House of Commons—

1. That the provisions of:

are of such a character that they ought to be dealt with by Private Bill and not by Provisional Order;

2. That, save as aforesaid, the Provisional Orders be allowed to proceed, subject to such recommendations as may hereafter be made with respect to the several Orders:

Laid before the House (pursuant to Act) and ordered to lie on the Table.
