Clauses 1 to 4 agreed to.

Clause 5:

Violet McBride to be entitled to maintenance.

5. The said William McBride shall pay to your subject during her life the annual sum of two hundred pounds for her maintenance and shall forthwith execute a proper deed or instrument securing the same to her.

By agreement between the parties this clause is to be omitted. I beg to move.

William McBride not to marry Beatrice Waters.

6. It shall not be lawful for the said William McBride to intermarry with the said Beatrice Waters.
