Order of the Day for the Second Reading read: Counsel called in: Witnesses examined: Moved, That the Bill be now read 2^a;agreed to: Bill read 2^aaccordingly and committed to a Committee of the Whole House on Monday next.

The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificates from the Examiners that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:

• Silloth Gas.
• Bournemouth Gas and Water.
• Liverpool Corporation.

Also the Certificate that no Standing Orders are applicable to the following Bill:

Ascot Authority—(Petition for Bill).

The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
