The KING'S Answer to the Address of the 16th instant delivered by the Lord Steward (E. Chesterfield) and read as follows:
I have received your Address praying
that I will make an Order-in-Council
under the Military Manœuvres Acts,
1897 and 1911, a draft of which was "presented to your Lordships' House
on the 28th day of May last.
I will comply with your advice."
