Clause 5.

William Dundas Dooner prohibited from intermarrying with offending party.

5. It shall not be lawful for the said William Dundas Dooner to intermarry with any offending party (at present unknown) with whom he has committed adultery as alleged in the Preamble to this Act.


In accordance with the usual practice I move to omit this clause.
