A Bill to confirm certain Provisional Orders made by the Board of Trade under the Electric Lighting Acts, 1882 to 1909, relating to Kingstown and Portrush —Was presented by the Lord Granard (E. Granard): Then it was moved, That the Order made on the 22nd day of April last, "That no Provisional Order Confirmation Bill originating in this House shall be read a first time after Tuesday the 29th instant," be dispensed with in respect of the said Bill and that the Bill be now read 1a; agreed to: Bill read 1a accordingly; to be printed; and referred to the Examiners.
