HL Deb 12 August 1913 vol 14 c1860

Amendments reported (according to Order).

EARL BEAUCHAMP

After the course just taken by your Lordships I do not know whether any apology is necessary in asking that we should proceed with the remaining stages of this Bill this afternoon. I move no Amendments to-day, and if your Lordships are good enough to agree to the further stages being taken now, the agreed Amendments which we took in Committee yesterday can then be sent down to another place for their concurrence.

Then (Standing Order No. XXXIX having been suspended): Bill read 3a, with the Amendments, and passed, and returned to the Commons.
