Commencement of Act.

2. This Act shall come into operation on the day of, 19, which date is in this Act referred to as the commencement of this Act.

EARL LOREBURN

The only alteration required to be made is that a date shall be inserted for the Act to come into operation, and I propose six months hence—namely, November 1, 1913.
