Report from, That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the following Bills ought to be dispensed with:

Arigna Valley Railway. [H.L.]

Arundell Estate (CloSing of Arundell Street and Panton Square) [H.L.]; and

Leeds Corporation. [H.L.]

That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the

London County Council (Tramways, Trolley Vehicles and Improvements) Bill

ought to be dispensed with subject to the omission therefrom of Tramways Nos. 2, 4, 4a, 5, 5a, 6, 8, 8a and 8b, and to the consent of the Hampstead Borough Council in respect of Tramway No. 3a being proved before the Committee on the Bill.

That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Petition for a Bill in reference to the Superannuation Fund by the

Midland Railway Company

ought to be dispensed with and leave given to introduce the Bill:

That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the petitions for additional Provision in the following Bills:

London and South Western Railway [H.L.]; and

Lothian Railways [H.L.]

ought to be dispensed with and leave given to the Committee on the Bills to insert the additional Provisions:

That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the

City of London (Celluloid Regulations) Bill

ought to be dispensed with subject to the omission of Clauses 7 and 8 from the Bill:

That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the petition for additional Provision to the

London County Council (General Powers) Bill

ought to be dispensed with subject to the omission from Part II of Clauses 8 and 9:

And that the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the

Ely Valley Gas and Electricity Bill.[H.L.]

ought not to be dispensed with.

The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have not been complied with:

Arigna Valley Railway.

The same was ordered to lie on the Table.
