Committee for Privileges met: Petition of Etheldreda Mary Baroness Petre, widow and relict of Bernard. Henry Philip, fourteenth Baron Petre of Writtle in the County of Essex, deceased, as mother and next friend of Mary Frances Katherine Petre, commonly called the Honourable Mary Frances Katherine Petre, an infant, and also of the said Etheldreda Mary Baroness Petre, and of Oswald Henry Philip Turville-Petre of Bosworth Hall, in the County of Leicester, Esquire, and of Joseph Francis Lescher, of Boyles Court, in the County of Essex, Esquire, as guardians and Trustees of the said Mary Frances Katherine Petre (prevented on the 19th of October last) considered: Counsel heard thereon: Then the Committee resolved, That the said petitioners may have leave to use the evidence adduced in the case of the Shrewsbury Peerage, Mowbray Peerage and Segrave Peerage cases, subject to all just exceptions and a liberty to all concerned to take objections hereafter: Report thereof to be made to the House: Committee adjourned sine die.
