Moved, That the Bill be divided into five Bills, viz.:—
- Brighton and Hove General Gas Company Bill.
- Lea Bridge District Gas Company Bill.
- Maidenhead Gas Company Bill.
- North Middlesex Gas Company Bill.
- Southgate and District Gas Company Bill.
That the Reports of the Examiners on the
Gas Companies (Benefit Funds) Bill be held to apply to the Brighton and Hove General Gas Company Bill, the Lea Bridge District Gas Company Bill, the Maidenhead Gas Company Bill, the North Middlesex Gas Company Bill and the Southgate and District Gas Company Bill; and that the Petitions praying to be heard by Counsel, &c., against the
Gas Companies (Benefit Funds) Bill [H.L.] be deemed to have been presented against the Bills to which they relate;
agreed to.
