That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Petition for a Bill by the

ought to be dispensed with and leave given to introduce the Bill:

• London County Council (Tramways and Improvements) Bill

ought to be dispensed with, subject to the omission therefrom of Tramways Nos. 2, 3, 3A, 3B, and 4:

And that the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the

• National Electric Construction Bill

ought to be dispensed with on condition that copies of the agreements proposed to be confirmed by the Bill are sent to the companies supplying gas within the area of supply affected by such agreements and that the Promoters should not object to the locus standi of such companies against the Bill:
