§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificates from the Examiners that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:

- London and North-Western Railway. [H.L.]
- Manchester Royal Exchange. [H.L.]
- Midland Railway (London, Tilbury and Southend Railway Purchase). [H.L.]
- Working District Gas. [H.L.]
- Gas Companies (Benefit Funds). [H.L.]
- North Eastern Railway. [H.L.]
§ Also the Certificates that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have not been complied with:
- Swansea Corporation.
- London County Council (Tramways and Improvements).
§ And also the Certificate that the Standing Orders applicable to the Petition for the following Bill have not been complied with:
§ Manchester Ship Canal.
§ The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
