§ Report by the Chairman of Committees of the House of Lords and the Chairman of Ways and Means in the House of Commons under Section 2 of the Act—
- 1. That, having regard to Section 16 (2) of the Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act, 1899, the provisions of Clause 72 of the Falkirk Burgh Extension and Drainage Order ought not to he dealt with by Provisional Order under that Act;
- 2. That, save as aforesaid, the Draft Provisional Orders be allowed to proceed, subject to such recommendations as may hereafter be made with respect to the several Orders:
