§ Moved, That the Order made on the 24th day of April last, "That this House will not receive any Petition for a Private Bill later than Tuesday the 7th day of May next unless such Private Bill shall have been approved by the High Court of Justice, nor any Petition for a Private Bill approved by the High Court of Justice after Thursday the 9th day of May next" be dispensed with in respect of a Bill to authorise the Trustees of the Will of John Howard, deceased, to transfer to a company with limited liability to be hereafter formed the business of the testator and certain lands and premises held in connection therewith; and for other purposes; agreed to: Petition presented accordingly, together with a printed copy of the proposed Bill attached thereto, and read and referred to two English Judges.
