HL Deb 28 February 1912 vol 11 c263
THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF DONOUGHMORE)

My Lords, I move that Standing Order. No. 92 be dispensed with in respect to a Petition of companies, bodies, and persons being and representing shipowners trading to and from the Port of London. The position is this. This Petition against the Bill was deposited three minutes late, purely by an accident. The promoters have no objection to the Standing Order being dispensed with, and in these circumstances I beg to submit the Motion.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 92 be dispensed with in respect of a Petition of companies, bodies, and persons being and representing shipowners trading to and from the Port of London.—(The Earl of Donoughmore.)

On Question, Motion agreed to, and leave given to present the said Petition.
