§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificates from the Examiners that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:

- Gas Companies (Standard Burner).
§ Also the Certificate that the Standing Order applicable to the following Bill has been complied with:
§ Local Government Provisional Orders (No. 1).
§ And also the Certificates that the Standing Orders have not been complied with in the case of petitions for additional Provisions in the following Bills:
- Houghton-le-Spring District Gas. [H.L.]
- City of London (Various Powers).
- London County Council (Tramways and Improvements).
- Scunthorpe Urban District Water.
