THE LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House that the Clerk of the Parliaments had received (by post) from C. G. Talbot-Ponsonby, the Commissioner appointed under the Commission ordered by this House on the first day of August last to take the examination upon oath, viva voce, of Sir William James Farrer, Knight, a proof of the death of the said Sir William James Farrer, which occurred before such examination could take place; read, and ordered to lie on the Table.
