§ His Majesty's answer to the Address of the 5th of April last, delivered by the Lord Steward (E. Chesterfield), and read as follows:
§ "I have received your Address praying that I will withhold my consent from so much of the scheme settled by the Board of Education for the administration of the Educational Foundation of Ellin Humphrey, in the Parishes of Llanenddwyn and Llanddwywe in the County of Merioneth as is contained in the proviso to clause 19 (b) of the said scheme.
§ "I will comply with your advice."
