HL Deb 27 March 1911 vol 7 c616
THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (LORD BALFOUR OF BURLEIGH)

My Lords, there is a notice in my name on the Paper with reference to the Metropolitan Water Board (New Works) Bill. I have to move that the time for depositing petitions praying to be heard against the Bill be extended to Wednesday next. I explained the reasons for this the other day, and I think they were generally understood by the House. I beg now to make the Motion.

Moved, That the time for depositing petitions praying to be heard against the said Bill be extended to Wednesday next.—(The Chairman of Committees.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
